Rodney McManus, LEED® AP

Rodney provides focused, hands-on project and account management as well as supervises the project managers in the firm. Rodney’s multi-faceted background, ranging from ground-up work to interior based projects throughout the east coast gives him a solid understanding of project development requirements and allows for the smooth development of a project from programming to completion. Rodney has been instrumental in managing several accounts for a variety of clients, including: The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, Time Inc., Rodale Publishing, JPMorganChase, KeySpan Energy, The Hospital for Special Surgery, Harvard Business and The Cementworks.

Rodney first joined SDP in 1999 when he managed the relocation of The Visiting Nurse Association of Brooklyn into two floors in downtown Brooklyn, NY. Prior to re-joining Suben/Dougherty Partnership in 2004, Rodney was an Associate at Architect’s Design Group in Winter Park, Florida where he oversaw the design and construction of several Courthouses, City Halls and Police/Fire Stations for a number of municipal clients. During Rodney’s tenure at Architects Design Group, the firm received the prestigious Florida AIA - Firm of the Year in 2002-2003.
